What do I do if I want to transfer my rental/leasing contract to another company?

The transfer of a contract is made when the business registration number of the lessee changes, for example in the case of a change of organization. A contract transfer means that your contract is transferred to the new client and with it the rights and responsibilities of the contract are transferred according to the general terms and conditions of the contract.

The transfer of the contract requires a positive credit decision for the new customer. In order for the contract transfer to be valid, both the transferor and the transferee must sign the contract transfer documents. The costs of the contract transfer will be charged to the new customer.

The contract transfer takes effect from the beginning of the next billing period following the return of the transfer documents. All outstanding invoices at the time of the transfer must be paid.

If you wish to transfer your contract to another company, please contact our customer service department by email at asiakaspalvelu.sfs@siemens.com. Please indicate in your message which contract you are requesting (contract number), the reason for the transfer and the details of the transferee (business registration number, name, address, contact person's details).

We will charge you a fee for the transfer of the contract in accordance with our service price list, which will be charged to the transferee on the next rental invoice.
