I want to change my billing interval, e.g. from 3 months to 1 month. How do I do that?

To request a change to your billing interval and to ask questions about the billing of your contract, please send an email to our customer service team at asiakaspalvelu.sfs@siemens.com.

Any changes to the billing interval will take effect from the beginning of the next billing period. Changes will not be made retroactively. Any change to the billing interval will be subject to a fee in accordance with the service price list, which will be charged on the next rental invoice.
