My company is splitting/merging with another company, what should I do?

If your company is merging/splits, please send your details to our customer service team using the form on this page or by sending an email to our customer service team at asiakaspalvelu.sfs@siemens.com or sending a message via web form Submit a request.

Please note that we can only process a merger once it appears in the official registers.

We may ask you to fill in the beneficial owners of your company for legal reasons.

We will charge a fee for the change according to our price list, which will be charged in most cases on the next rental invoice.
