According to the general conditions of the contract, rental and leasing contracts must be terminated in writing within the period of notice. You can find the period of notice terms in section 4 of the general conditions of the contract. If we have not received written notice of termination by the deadline, the contract remains binding until terminated in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the contract.
