The daily rent is described in § 5 of the terms and conditions:
"In addition, the lessee undertakes to pay to the lessor the so-called daily rent for the period between the date of acceptance of the delivery and the date of commencement of the lessee. The amount of this daily rent is calculated by dividing the monthly rent by 30 and multiplying the resulting fraction by the number of days between the date of acceptance of the delivery and the date of commencement of the rental period."
For example, if the contract period started on 1 January 2024, the daily rent charge would be from 15.-31.12.2023 if the delivery was accepted on 15 December 2023.
